The predecessor of the enterprise is Siping Heat Exchanger General Factory, which was founded in 1963, the research and development of heat exchanger began in 1970, and the first heat exchanger left the factory in 1972. It is the earliest manufacturer of heat exchangers in China, and it is a professional manufacturer of heat exchangers which began to support the construction of heat exchangers during the Seventh five-year Plan period. From 1983 to 1993 is the stage of ten years of hard work. From scratch, from small to large, to the vanguard of the Ministry of Machinery Industry; the per capita profit and tax has exceeded 10,000 yuan for ten years in a row. The Gezhouba Project and the supporting equipment of the Electron Positron Collider (Project 8312 signed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping personally) were all put into operation at that time, replacing imports, realizing localization and saving a lot of foreign exchange.

In order to introduce a high starting point, our company entered into a joint venture with French Vicapor Co., Ltd in 1993 (French Vicab ranks second in the same industry in the world). Our company is the first joint venture in the industry. After the joint venture, we began to produce the French V series plate heat exchangers with high efficiency, energy saving and material saving, which completely replaced the domestic BR series plate heat exchangers, so that the product level reached the advanced level in the world, and the products were recognized by both international and domestic markets.

Combined with the transformation of the northeast old industrial base, we have expanded the two-span 5000M2 plant, built a cleaning workshop and prepared for the nuclear power project; built the most advanced laboratory in China (the only enterprise with its own laboratory in the same industry in China); and created the only well-known trademark in China in the same industry.

Combined with the development of heat exchanger industry, Vexcor's products are moving towards high-end and enterprise management to standardization. In 2015, the company was certified by ISO9001:2008 quality Management system, ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management system and GB/T28001 Occupational Health and Safety system. Won the quality Award of (Jilin) Province in 2017. Obtained the A4 safety registration certificate of plate heat exchanger products in 2018. In 2018, he won the award for the important contribution of China Spallation Neutron Source Project, which is a major national scientific and technological infrastructure. Obtain the energy saving registration certificate of plate heat exchanger in 2019. In 2019, he obtained the "Civil Nuclear Safety equipment Design license" and the "Civil Nuclear Safety equipment Manufacturing license" issued by the State Nuclear Safety Administration, laying the foundation for entering the nuclear power, military and other fields in the future. In 2020, he won the "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate" issued by the National Copyright Administration. In 2021, it won the title of "High-tech Enterprise" in 2021-2023. In 2022, it won the provincial-level "specialization and innovation" enterprise in Jilin Province.
