1. Integral blanking process. 

The use of special edge pressing technology, the use of first pressing before the periphery, positioning, corner hole one-time overall blanking process to ensure that the plate pressing uniform (thinning), and one-time positioning accuracy is high, ensuring the internal and outreaching quality and accuracy of the plate. 

Ensure the product performance and service life of the plate heat exchanger.

2. Plate cleaning process. 

Clean the grease on the surface of the plate and other pollution caused by the pressing, and eliminate the internal stress caused by the pressing. 

Provide a guarantee for the bonding of the sealing gasket.

3. High temperature curing process. 

The semi-permanent bonding between the gasket and the plate is produced by the high temperature curing process, which ensures that the reassembly rate of the plate heat exchanger is 100% after regular disassembly and washing, and the service life of the gasket can be increased several times under specific environmental conditions. effectively save the maintenance cost of plate replacement.
